STAINLESS STEEL Vault: the vault of the oven entirely in stainless steel allows you to reach high temperatures in a few minutes with the use of little gas.
LAVA STONE HOB: the hob is made from a single piece of natural lava stone from the Etna Volcano that retains heat for a long time and allows you to cook any type of dish directly in contact with the stone in a healthy and dietetic way.
INSULATION: professional insulation to keep the heat inside the cooking chamber for a long time.
